Juno Descends with a Vengeance
She arrived with 45mph swirling wind gusts and 24 inches of snow in 10 degree air. Our first Nor'easter of the year in Maine wasn't the modest shy type. "Juno" kept me home and in my studio for the day, and with hours of clean up the next day. I painted this study looking out the window after the snow slowed. I always love the winter colors and the snow when it's fresh!
